Once we ship your order, tracking will be updated within 24 hrs and you will receive a confirmation email, tracking is available on main menu as well. Please allow 24-48 hrs for shipping companies to update their system prior to seeing movement on tracking.
Please email customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make changes. If you wish to cancel order after shipping, please go into "RETURNS" on main menu. Shipping fees will be customer's obligation and are non-refundable.
Please check back periodically for restocked items. You may also email customer care and provide us with the name or link of the item you're interested in, as well as your size, and we will check with our inventory.
Orders handling time is 1-3 working days, once payment clears.
Most styles will ship via standard shipping (15-38 working days), on available locations will ship via EMS (9-22 working days) while other styles will ship via DHL (3-7 working days).
Please be advised: All international orders are subject to customs processing & clearance. Unfortunately, "Julaila's", nor courier companies, have control over delays experienced by your country’s specific custom processing.
We try our best to accommodate our customers’ needs. However, we highly recommend the above information is kept in mind when ordering for a special occasion or event.
Your order may be subject to taxes and import duties. Customs duty vary per country. Please contact your country specific customs office for details.
"Julaila's" will not be responsible for taxes, duties, tariffs or any other additional fees charged for shipped items. Customer will be responsible for all fees charged by their country of residence.
In the event the shipment has been refused, customer will be responsible for all fees incurred, including shipping. We must receive the shipment back in order for us to refund you, minus any shipping costs and/or additional costs.
If you received a defective/damaged item, you please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your shipment (we base this from the time shipment was delivered to you via USPS/EMS Tracking). No exceptions.
You may be asked to provide us photos of the defect for quality review.
Packages are not automatically insured. Some carriers (i.e. USPS) may automatically insure packages that are shipped via Priority Mail up to $50. To add additional insurance to your package, please leave a note in the order notes section upon checkout. We will send an invoice with the additional insurance rates through the carrier.
